5k Trial Run
This Saturday I will be running a 5k for charity, so yesterday I did a run around the neighborhood to see what my time is. Before i headed out, I mapped my course on www.FavoriteRun.com so I knew exactly how far 5k is from my house. I also downloaded a cool stop watch on my iPhone to help me track my time. All was going great until i looked at my stopwatch at mile 2 and realized i had accidentally stopped the stopwatch while i checked my pace at mile 3. BUMMER! But i guesstimated it took me about 34 minutes to complete. Pretty much the same pace i’ve been running at last month i did a run. Hopefully I can beat that the day of the race!
