It’s April!
Aprils means April Fool’s, April Showers, Tax Time, Easter (this year)… oh but most importantly, our wedding anniversary! Today we booked two nights in an ocean-view room at Carmel Highlands Inn and plan to do a day-hike and treat ourselves to wonderful food and good times ;). We got a “locals getaway” deal that included a low weekend rate and a free bottle of wine! Yippee!
Also today – we finished our taxes! We filed jointly and had to pay a couple hundred — not too bad.
