Jeff’s Saturday Lunch
I tried to copycat the flatbread appetizer we had at dinner last night. I bought some rosemary flatbread topped it with pear jam, gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries and candied pecans. I had some tomato bisque soup in the fridge from Safeway and served it with that for Jeff’s lunch. He was impressed and said he liked my version even better than the restaurants. =) What a sweetie.
