Carrie’s Birthday
Today is my friend Carrie’s Birthday. We met in our freshman year of college – we lived in the same dorm hall and had carpooled to golf class together. We lost touch after that year, but just recently ran into each other at the gym. Turns out her and her husband Roger live in our same apartment complex. We’ve become pretty good friends. Carrie was planning to have a little LOST party to celebrate her bithday, but then there was no new episode today so we decided to go to California Pizza Kitchen. I made some chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting and sprinkles to celebrate her 26th year. Even Butters got in on the action and swiped some cupcake into his mouth while we weren’t looking.
