Pumpkin Mochi Time
Every year around Thanksgiving time I make a batch of Pumpkin Mochi. You know, since canned pumpkin is only available during the Fall. Kidding of course. Anyway, Here’s Jeff’s shot of me mixing up the wet ingredients. Its a lot of mixing, but other than that not very hard to make.
