Sour Bean Sprouts
Did you know bean sprouts turn highlighter yellow when they go bad? Pretty trippy.
Easter Lily Perhaps
Happy Easter! This photo is for my Mommy. Jeff said he thinks these are “Easter Lillies” because they bloomed this week, and they sorta look like lilies? Its really sad, our knowledge (or lack thereof) for plant species. I am sure there is an online forum out there somewhere for you to post photos and have people tell you what they are. I’d sure benefit from that. Or just have Mommy do it. Mommy?!?
Steel Painted Toenails
It’s probably been a year since i last painted my toenails…. and i always do it up with some sparkle! Bought this color from Target a couple weeks ago – was impressed by their selection. Normally they just have boring colors.
Easter Bunny & Miso Soup
Kathy gave us a dark chocolate marshmallow easter bunny from Lula’s chocolates. Yum, so delicious, though the chocolate was a little bit too thick for me. Their chocolate is top quality, no artificial stuff and you can truly TASTE the difference. I was really cold today, so i had to make me some miso soup and noticed the same color palette!
Easter Candy Indulgence
Yes, we buy Easter candy all for ourselves! And actually the sweetarts are leftover from valentines.
Laundry Basket Mischief
Folding the laundry tonight with the basket flipped on its side, and Butters comes strollin’ on in. So i decide to have a little fun.
Millie’s Thank You
Received Millie’s thank you card i the mail today, and noticed Taylor used my photo that i took at the party of them cutting the cake. The photo of Jeff and I came out good as well.
Red Sdls Grapes = Expnsve
Holy moly! Did i just pay $10 for a single bag of grapes? Maybe next time i should do the math… 2.5 lbs @ 3.99/lb is more than i am willing to pay (knowingly).
Attack of the Plant
I believe this plant is a nasturtium, and it has taken over our garden! It finally got the point where the garage door was getting caught up in it every time it opened and closed. So today we decided to pull it out. The size of the leaves were massive. It was pretty funny to watch…
BEFORE for reference – at the front of our house… and AFTER – putting it in the yard waste bin it was all tangled like noodles!
