Girls Day Mochi
Today is Girls Day (03/03) and I wanted to make some traditional tri-colored mochi. I’ve never made this version before and boy was it a challenge since i also decided to make a small batch! So splitting the batter three times on a 1/2 recipe was a bit if a stretch, but it turned out alright. Isn’t it pretty? Mmm. I used coconut milk for the liquid which makes it nice and rich tasting.
