Hot Water Return Line
We are having some issues with out hot water heater. One of those issues is that the hot water in our master bathroom takes about 5 minutes to get hot water. That is a lot of water to waste while we wait for it to run hot. We called Precision Plumbing and the plumber, Dave, said we needed to install a hot water return line which is basically a pump that keeps the water hot for time you specify on the dial. The pump system works well with getting hot water to the faucet faster, but we are still having some temperature issues… more to come with this continuing saga!
