Salt + Pepper Tomatoes
Mom used to keep salted sliced tomatoes in the fridge for me to snack on when I lived at home. Sort of like pickled tomatoes, but fresh. So yummy! Today I brought some topped with salt AND pepper for mid-afternoon nosh at work. I love my cute little containers that i found in the baby aisle at Target! I picked the green color specifically this morning to match the red tomatoes. Color coordinate, you know it!
