Chug the Jugs
Recently I’ve been trying to increase my daily intake of water. I thought of a way to make it fun for myself by tallying up what I drink at work by drawing a kitty each time i consume a whole bottle. I draw it on with a dry erase marker so i can restart my tally the next day. Today I drank 3 – 24 oz filled jugs in the 8 hours i was at my work desk. Not too bad. At work it is easy for me to chug water though since the jug just sits there and stares at me. Once i get home, sadly, i forget.
