First Time a Spinnin’
I woke up at 430am this morning to meet my friend from the gym, Angie, for our first Spinning class. When i get there, there are only 3 out of the 20 bikes left! So i grab one, search around for me friend and she is no where to be found… But I workout anyway, get some bike adjustment recommendations from the teacher Dora and pedal away. Of course my butt started hurting about 5 minutes in but I was totally expecting that. I worked up quite a sweat, and realized, it isn’t actually that hard to get up early — just have to set your mind (and your alarm) to do so.
