We Burnt the Chicken
I tried a new recipe from a slow cooker cookbook my mom gave me. It was a recipe for Thai Chicken… and it didn’t really use any “liquid” so when we came home the chicken was BURNT! The house smelled all nasty and so for dinner we went to Quiznos!

jdsegawa@yahoo.com | Jan 17, 2009 at 8:23 amOh my, that chicken looks nasty…I have found that slow cookers can really vary in the time it takes to cook something…I had one that cooked everything in half the time it took …like in a few hours while my other cooker would take all day to cook the same thing…so you might want to use a lower setting or lessen the cooking time until you know how the recipe really is.
